New Year Bootcamp
What's your New Year resolution going to be this year?
If it's to lose weight and get back in shape then you're looking at the solution!
This bootcamp is designed to kick start your New Year, getting you fit and losing weight at the same time.
The group exercise classes will be run with Military style training, body weight exercises, boxing, tyre drags/ Flips etc., to produce a fun but tough environment, where likeminded people exercise together to get amazing results!
The bootcamp is based over a 6 week course and involves 2 training sessions per week; dates and time are shown below.
It doesn't matter what your level of fitness is as the class will be split into 2 groups beginner and intermediate/advanced. You choose which group you want to be in, and as you get fitter you can move groups, as and when you choose.
Nutritional advice is also available for those that want to lose weight via our excellent Nutritionist.
The first New Year Bootcamp is due to start on Saturday 21st January 2012, and will run every Saturday morning at 9am in Victoria Park and Wednesday evening at 6.15pm at Chieveley Village Hall, for 6 weeks.
The cost is an amazingly low £70, which works out at only £6 per session, and makes it easily affordable to anybody looking to get into shape without spending a fortune.

SUMMER BOOTCAMP!
Do you want to get the perfect beach body ready for your summer holiday?
Would you like to exercise with a group of motivated, like minded people whilst having fun at the same time?
If you do, then the Fit Farms Summer Boot camp is for you!
The group exercise classes will be run with Military style training, body weight exercises, boxing, tyre drags/ Flips etc., to produce a fun but tough environment, where likeminded people exercise together to get amazing results!
The Bootcamps will be held in Newbury starting May 14th 2011 at Victoria Park, Newbury.
The Boot camp will run every Saturday morning (10.30am) and Wednesday evening (6.30pm) throughout the pre summer season for 6 weeks, with a total of 12 sessions!
